Return Policy
You may return products within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
- Return Request: Contact us at pawsandpurrs456@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 9207304377 to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Process: To initiate a return,please ensure the original tags are still attached to the item.
- Don’t remove the tag from the dress.
- All items,including any complimentary must be included in the return.
- Color may slightly vary due to device settings and photographic lighting
- Return/Refund/Exchange only for Damaged & Missing Items with Parcel Opening Video without any cut & pause.
How to Return

- Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging for return eligibility.
- Once the return is approved, we will provide further instructions on how to send the item back..
Refund Policy

- Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not available for a damaged or incorrect product.

Non-Returnable Items
